                    Doorstep pet grooming including haircuts, baths, and specialized treatments. Availability is based on location and slot confirmation.                

2. Booking Policy

                    All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or Call. Slots are subject to availability.                

3. User Responsibilities

                    Customers must provide accurate pet information and ensure the pet is safe for handling.                

4. Pet Behavior Clause

                    Aggressive pets may result in service refusal for safety.                

5. Pricing & Payments

                    Custom pricing applies based on pet size and condition. Payment is due after service.                

6. Liability

                    We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.                

7. Rescheduling

                    Inform us at least 24 hours in advance.                

8. Changes

                    Terms can be updated at any time.
