Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments with prior notice. Last-minute cancellations may not be accepted to ensure fair scheduling for all our furry clients.
No-Show Policy
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior notice, the service may be cancelled to respect the time of our grooming professionals.
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided after a service is fully completed. Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where the service cannot be completed due to a valid, verified reason.

Advance Payments
Advance payments are generally non-refundable. However, they can be securely adjusted and credited towards rescheduled slots.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. We require at least 24 hours advance notice to accommodate rescheduling requests without penalty.
